EchoDepth Outputs
Quantified communication signal data — structured for governance, coaching and decision support.
Trust Score
A quantified signal measuring audience trust in a communicator or message. Delivered as a 0–100 composite score.
Credibility Rating
An objective measure of perceived credibility, independent of content quality. Measures delivery signal against message alignment.
Resistance Indicator
Emotional resistance signal — the precursor to visible behavioural resistance. Detects held-back disagreement in audience expression.
Communication Risk Rating
A summary measure of the probability and magnitude of communication risk in a given interaction or content delivery.
Confidence Score
Measures the conviction signal — distinguishing genuine confidence from performed confidence in delivery.
Engagement Depth
Real engagement versus surface compliance. The gap between the two is where most presentations fail.
What you receive
Every EchoDepth analysis returns a structured PDF report. The format is consistent — every report contains the same sections so outputs are comparable across rehearsals, cohorts or time periods. Here is what is in every report.
Trust Score
The composite credibility measure for the full communication. A single number that summarises the overall delivery quality signal — calculated from Action Unit patterns, vocal delivery markers and linguistic signals combined. Tracked across rehearsals to show improvement.
Credibility Signal timeline
A timestamped chart showing how delivery credibility changes second-by-second through the content. Identifies the precise moments where credibility drops — not 'in the middle section' but at 4:22, for 11 seconds, during these specific words.
Risk moment identification
Each significant credibility drop is flagged individually with its timestamp, the signal pattern detected (hesitation, upward inflection, incongruence) and the specific content at that moment. Prioritised by impact so you know what to work on first.
Coaching notes
Targeted recommendations for each flagged moment — not 'speak with more confidence' but 'at 4:22 during forward guidance, remove upward inflection on these words and reduce pace by 15%.' Actionable without a coach in the room.
Modality breakdown
For video analysis: facial delivery signal, vocal pattern and linguistic tone shown separately before they are combined into the Trust Score. Helps identify whether an issue is in delivery, voice or content — each requires a different intervention.
Governance documentation
Every report includes methodology attribution (FACS standard, cultural cohort applied), consent record, data processing basis and ICO registration reference. Structured for audit — not added later if requested.
PDF report within 5 working days for sample analyses. API JSON for ongoing deployments. Same content, different format.
Common questions
What outputs does EchoDepth produce?
EchoDepth produces six primary outputs: Trust Score (0–100), Credibility Rating, Resistance Indicator, Communication Risk Rating, Confidence Score, and Engagement Depth. All delivered as a structured PDF report, with optional API integration.
What is a Trust Score?
A Trust Score is a composite 0–100 signal measuring audience trust in a communication or delivery. It combines AU pattern analysis, vocal delivery signals and linguistic credibility mapping into a single quantified metric.
How are EchoDepth outputs delivered?
Outputs are delivered as a timestamped PDF report within 5 working days for sample analyses. For ongoing deployments, outputs are available via REST API as structured JSON for integration into CRM, HR and governance systems.
