These terms govern your use of cavefish.ai and any associated services provided by Cavefish Ltd (Reg. 15127122), 15 Neptune Court, Vanguard Way, Cardiff CF24 5PJ. By accessing this site, you agree to these terms.
1. Definitions
"Cavefish" means Cavefish Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Reg. 15127122). "EchoDepth" means the Decision Intelligence platform operated by Cavefish. "Services" means any services provided by Cavefish including demonstrations, pilots, commercial deployments and website access. "You" means any individual or organisation accessing or using this website or Cavefish services.
2. Use of This Website
You may use cavefish.ai for lawful purposes only. You may not use this site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, transmits unsolicited communications, attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems, or engages in conduct that is harmful to Cavefish, its clients or third parties.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on cavefish.ai — including text, images, data, designs, code and methodology descriptions — is the intellectual property of Cavefish Ltd or its licensors. The EchoDepth name, methodology and platform are proprietary to Cavefish Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any content from this site without our prior written consent.
4. Demonstrations and Commercial Engagements
EchoDepth demonstrations are provided for evaluation purposes. Commercial deployment of EchoDepth is governed by a separate master services agreement and, where applicable, a data processing agreement. Pilot and commercial engagements may require execution of a non-disclosure agreement prior to detailed briefing.
5. Data Processing
Personal data submitted via forms on this site is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Commercial EchoDepth deployments involve processing of biometric data (facial Action Unit measurements) and require explicit consent from data subjects, a defined processing purpose, and a signed data processing agreement between Cavefish and the client organisation.
6. Disclaimers
EchoDepth outputs are provided as decision-support data and do not constitute professional advice — legal, medical, psychological or otherwise. Cavefish makes no warranty that outputs will achieve any specific business outcome. All EchoDepth outputs are designed to augment, not replace, human judgment in decision-making contexts.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cavefish Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or Cavefish services. Our total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Cavefish in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Cavefish services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via cavefish.ai. Continued use of this site following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
