Cavefish delivered a white-labelled EchoPitch deployment for Transport for Wales - giving staff a private AI coaching environment to build presentation confidence before high-stakes internal programmes.
The brief
Transport for Wales HR identified a need for presentation skills development across a distributed workforce - staff preparing for internal pitches, leadership presentations and stakeholder communications. Traditional training options were expensive, scheduling-intensive and difficult to evidence for CPD.
The EchoPitch deployment
Cavefish deployed a white-labelled version of EchoPitch under TfW branding - accessible to staff via TfW login credentials. The platform was configured with practice scenarios relevant to TfW's internal context: project update presentations, board-level briefings, and community stakeholder communications.
Session data was aggregated in an admin dashboard giving the HR team visibility of usage, score trends and improvement trajectories - without access to individual session recordings.
